Since they are allowing larger apps into the market place now, I would like to see this version force developers to make their apps able to move to the sd card. Either that or give use phones with more space, I understand google is all about the cloud but we still need space for apps 16gb shouldn't be out the question. Other than that I would like to see more home screens, with more apps having widgets as well you quickly run out of homescreen space. I would hope as well that google can make it so that the manufacturer UI's can be disabled fully or make them available from the marketplace so that users can decide to run them or not, not integrate them so deeply into the OS. That way users who prefer the vanilla android experience would have more phones to choose from, and updates to them would come quicker.

face-recog, voice-recog, gesture or multi-combination unlock
disable back button to cross apps back
cross platform send files, url, contacts, text-msg, : bluetooth, wifi, etc
local networking and services announc and discover (ad-hoc, wifi, bluetooth, etc)
sync movie, sound playback/record across devices
share switch input, output over local network
run apps on nearby devices temporarly without install
disable full screen apps (dim status bar if req)
unify calendar, phone, url, sms, text-msg, im, person todo into one app and one db
localtion, time, signal, power status, etc. scheduling of apps
incremental indexing of data
gesture to apps switch, rotate screen, keyboard on/off, next/prev tabbing,
unify apps
background data collection
do not lock sd (discourage mounting sd on boot)
unify apps UI usage
multiple select, operations with sets of objects (file, pic, ...)
visual regular expression composer
less dialog boxes, fewer better, make undo in apps to kill dialog boxes
do not use password encourage use of other methods - systemwise function

ensure phone always get response I have seen incoming call get answer after 8 rings

cheat apps to think it run full screen with a individual lcd-denisty setting
